Spa Maintenance Instructions

500 GALLONS
BROMINATING TABLETS
 

Start up

• 3 tablespoons Enhances Spa Shock

• 2 ounces Stain & Scale Control

• 10 Bromine tablets in floater

• Check pH:    If pH is high, add 2 tablespoons pH Decreaser
                     If pH is low, add 2 tablespoons pH Increaser

• Check pH daily for first 2 weeks. Adjust as stated above. Thereafter check pH
  once or twice a week.
• Check bromine level and adjust floater to maintain 1-5 ppm bromine

• Add 2 ounces Stain & Scale Control
• Check pH and adjust as needed
• Add 3 tablespoons Enhanced Spa Shock
  (Additional shock can be added whenever spa has a bad odor or loses clarity.)

• Take filters out, hose off, air dry and return to spa

• Drain and refill spa
• Chemically clean filters with Filter Cleaner & Degreaser

• Always run jets when adding chemicals
• Leave cover open for at least 10 minutes when adding weekly shock
